I want to set alert for suspicious activity

I want to set alert for user unexpected activity. As an example, if ABC user logs in PAM at 13:00, then a alert will be sent via mail or SMS to admin user. If i want an alert for specific device login, what i have to configure? I am not getting any options under Settings ➔ System Parameters System parameters ➔ User Behavior.
