Hello Omar Mashaka,

To help troubleshoot the issue you’re experiencing with WinSCP and Segura®, please consider the following checks:

  • Verify if the Linux device supports SFTP;
  • Check whether the credential you’re using requires prior approval or justification with in Segura®;
  • Confirm whether the session requires a token (MFA) to log in to Segura®.

We recommend opening a support ticket so our technical team can dig deeper into your specific case and environment setup.
