What is the behavior of senhasegura.go when activating the "Enable multifactor authentication at login?" option on a workstation without network access?

When activating the “Enable multifactor authentication at login?” option in senhasegura.go Parameters (accessible via Grid Menu → GO Endpoint Manager → Settings → Parameters → GO Endpoint Manager), the system is configured to request a multifactor authentication token during login to the operating system. For additional details, see our documentation: System Parameters.

However, there is a particularity to be considered: if, during Windows startup, a workstation is not connected to the VPN or if there is no direct connection to the vault, which prevents communication with the senhasegura server, the multifactor token will not be requested during authentication. This means that the login process will only be completed using the username and password.

While this setting does not prevent the user from logging in, it does require the user to enter their default security login details, thus ensuring access to the system even in the absence of a network connection. This functionality is designed to ensure that even without multifactor authentication due to lack of connection, access to the device is maintained in a secure and controlled manner.
