I recently upgraded my system/application to the latest version. However, when I try to access the web dashboard, the page doesn’t load properly. Instead of the regular interface, the screen only displays strange, garbled text that looks like it is encrypted.
No pages or menus are opening at all.
Has anyone encountered this issue after an upgrade? Any help or suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hello,
The behavior you describe usually happens when the php attempts to go to latest version and for some reason it fails.
The reason is usually a already broken apt matrix/environment before the update or a failed operational order of commands.
If you come from a version older than 3.32, you would first have to land on 3.32 and only then go to 4.2 through the mirrors.
Also, if this is consistently happening after everyrollback, check for errors during the update procedure.
If its a cluster and the cluster is breaking during the update, the scenario can occur as well.
If your demo environment contains few information, it could be worth redeploying it on a new vm and then making the update to latest version.
