Request and Approval Management in the Various Modules of senhasegura

In senhasegura, requests and approvals are managed in a decentralized manner, distributed across different modules depending on the nature of the request. This structure allows for more specific and appropriate treatment for each type of request, although there is no centralized point for consulting all requests and approvals.

Location of Requests and Approvals:

  1. Task Manager:
  • Task Manager Requests: All requests related to task management can be found in the “requests” tab within the Task Manager module.
  1. Batch Operation:
  • Batch Operation Requests: To review requests related to batch operations, users must access “Reports → Events → Batch Operation”.
  1. PAM (Privileged Access Management):
  • PAM Requests: Requests related to privileged access management (PAM) are accessible from the requests tab within the Pam Core module.
  1. User Management:
  • Management Actions: Accessible through "Settings → User Management", this module provides tools for effective user management in the system.
  1. DSM (DevOps Secret Manager):
  • Access Control: Located in “DevOps Secret Manager → Access Control”, this module allows you to manage access to secrets and critical resources in the context of DevOps.

This decentralized model ensures that requests are handled in the most relevant context, thus increasing the efficiency of the approval process and clarity in managing the various tasks and responsibilities of the platform.
