Remote Session are not closing | recording are not being stopped automatically

We are having trouble with a user remote session that isn’t closing properly. User logs out, but the session continues until it is manually terminated.

Thanks for your feedback. Let me check the evidence. Actually, the session recording is not being stopped, thats why we created this case. I am also trying to communicate with support team.
