If, after logging in on senhasegura and authenticating the token, you are asked to change the password, however, your user is from an Active Directory (AD) synchronization, it is necessary to review the system settings.
This is mainly due to the “Require password change on first access” setting, which makes it necessary to change the password on first access. This option is ideal for local users, requiring them to change the password they initially provided with one of their own.
In the case of users coming from AD, this configuration is not necessary, as the password is already synchronized from AD. Therefore, it makes no sense to force a password change manually in this case.
To disable this option, follow the steps below:
- Access Grid Menu
- Go to Settings → System Parameters → Security
- Disable the option “Require password change on first access.”
Adjusting this setting will ensure that AD users do not need to change their passwords the first time they access to senhasegura, making the login process smoother.
