Issues with AD/LDAP Group Synchronization

If you validated that the user has been correctly added to the AD group and the synchronization with the AD has also been successful in the application. However, the user does not appear in the access group.

Verify if the “AD username attribute” parameter is incorrect, the issue may be related to the case-sensitivity. Change this parameter to “sAMAccountName” to verify if the synchronization has been successful.
