We have two guardians who are not active and show as pending. Can I remove those guardians and add another two?

[3.24 and below] This alert is sent when the user of one of the master key keepers is disabled in the vault. To resolve this, there are two possibilities: 1- Reactivate the user who is the guardian of one of the parts of the key; 2- If this person is no longer part of the company, it will be necessary to perform the master key ceremony again, now with the new guardians.
