Is it possible to approve request by email using more than one word

Hi teams

I have questions regarding approval request in senhaseghra with mail.

Is it possible to approve request by email using more than one word like

“this requests is APPROVE by Admin at xx:xx PM”

Instead

“APPROVE” Word only?

Hello,

Currently, approval of requests by email only accepts specific and defined commands, such as the word “APPROVE”. It is not possible to use phrases or variations containing multiple words to perform approval.
