When senhasegura can’t map a remote drive to transfer files on remote Windows web proxy sessions or the scenario involves transferring files between Windows and Linux machines, we can use SFTP via WinSCP to transfer files.
1. Open the WinSCP and fill in according to the instructions below:
2. Enter the connection string:
<senhasegura username[credential username@device name or IP]>
Here’s an example of how to fill it in using the device name:
ralves[adminuser@GLPI]
If the user has MFA configured should be filled in like this:
<senhasegura username[credential username@device name or IP]Token TOTP>
Here is an example:

3. Navigate through folders to find the file which you want to transfer:
