How to solve the sync error between two instances

Imagine the following scenario, there are two instances of senhasegura inst_01 and inst_02, and the user user_01 logs in without problems in inst_01 but cannot log in in inst_02.

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

1. Access the Orbit > Painel menu and click on the Sync Keys, button for the primary instance.

2. Wait 5 minutes for the key sync to run, then do the same on the secondary instance.
