In some situations, it may be necessary to re-register senhasegura.go or Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) without having to reinstall the client. Steps to Re-register senhasegura.go/EPM:

  1. Stop the Go Service:
  • Before making any changes, it is essential to stop the senhasegura.go service to avoid data corruption or conflicts.
  1. Delete Specific Data:

  • Navigate to the c:\programdata\go and c:\programdata\isolatedstorage directories and delete all the contents of these folders.

  • Then, go to c:\program files\senhasegura\core\data and delete all files contained in this folder, but keep the folder intact.

  1. Restart the Service:
  • Once the necessary data has been cleaned, restart the Go Service so that the system can recreate the necessary base configurations during the new registration.
