Frequently asked questions about purge

  • If video purge is not working, check if it is enabled, for a specific date the feature is enabled the next day when the robot is executed, it performs the purge of the configured period and runs every day in the early morning. Also, check if the configured number of days is within the search period. Only with a backup of these videos is it possible to sync them again to the safe.

  • Once it is not desired to run automatically, make sure to disable the purge robot on the Settings → System Parameters → System Parameters → Remote Session → Session Purge screen.

  • It is not possible to set a different purge period for a specific device.
