Directory and file control rule can be applied to the local path, but does it work with network paths? My rules are not functional (ie. \192.168.10.10\Share)

I’ve created a directory block rule as below, and it’s not working:
It works only when I define a local directory like “C:.….…”
So, does that feature work on just local directories?
