Device without connectivity registered for login

Hello Senhasegura community!

I am testing Senhasegura 4.0 in my test environment. I am trying to add a new connection to my Windows Server 2019. So, I have created a new device, added the connectivity of LDAPS and LDAP, both connectivity tests passed successfully. Then I added a domain account for that device. When I try to connect, I get the “Device without connectivity registered for login” and then I get redirected back to the credentials page.

I can see that the device is “connectable” for LDAPS and LDAP, so why can’t I connect?

Has anyone faced this issue? How do you solve it?

Hello Almaz Akhmadullin,

Thanks for reaching out to the Segura® community!

The behavior you’re encountering is expected given the configuration described.

The LDAP/LDAPS connectivity options are used specifically for Active Directory operations, such as password rotation and synchronization — they do not support remote access sessions.

If you’re planning to initiate a remote session (e.g., RDP) to your Windows Server via Segura®, you’ll need to ensure that you’ve configured connectivity using RDP (port 3389).

Once RDP connectivity is properly configured and your credentials have the necessary permissions to log in, you should be able to initiate a remote session as expected.

Feel free to share any follow-up questions — we’re glad to help!

Best regards.

Hi Jade,

thanks for the reply!

Yes, I was able to figure that out myself as well yesterday, probably rushed a bit with making this post on the community portal

Thanks for taking your time responding to my post, have a great day!
