credentials

I have a problem with Senhasegura, I can’t find if it’s possible
configured.

I need Senhasegura to allow connection via RDP without password, that password should be entered in the session itself by the user.

Is this possible? Because that password is only known by the user and is periodically It will not be able to be entered in the Credentials section.

In this case, only the recording of the session is required, not the storage of the password Senhasegura.

Hello Salem,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re experiencing.

Currently on senhasegura, the only way to perform this action is through personal credentials. The normal behavior is that you do not need to enter the password when you start remote sessions, however, through the RDP proxy you can start a secure and audited session for a Windows device that is registered on senhasegura using credentials that are not registered on senhasegura.

For example:
If your windows device has a credential named “example” that is not registerd on senhasegura, when you start the RDP proxy connection, you can access this credential by inserting its username and password manually in the respective fields “Username” and “Personal Password” and with that, senhasegura will automatically start the session with the information provided.

To provide you with the best assistance and ensure a thorough analysis of the problem, we kindly request that you open a ticket on our platform. This will allow our technical team to gather specific details about the issue in question.
