The problem :
The client currently has version 3.24. The client wants to upgrade to version 3.29 but cannot connect via HTTPS to the devices after the upgrade: the mouse cursor is inactive.

Sorry for the late reply.
At senhasegura version 3.27, the behavior when accessing web sites with an invalid certificate, changed in senhasegura.
After update to version 3.29, you should edit the web session parameter related to this session and change “Ignore certificate error*” field to “Yes”.
Please, try to execute this and let us know if it fixed.
