When accessing the Web Proxy, validating that the device is connectable, it will show a black screen, as shown in the image below:
1. Create a segregated parameter disabling file transfer for that device, follow the steps as specified in “Segregated Parameters - How they work”.
This behavior occurs when senhasegura doesn’t close the SFTP connection with the device, the black screen is senhasegura waiting for the return of the target regarding the SFTP connection, which apparently is not being closed. Therefore, It is necessary to validate on the device why SFTP sessions are not being established.
