Access Denied, ongoing session was revoked

Maybe I’m missing something, but when I connect to the server using RDP (from the web), after a while, the session stops and writes ACCESS DENIED Message.

What do you think the problem is?

There’s nothing wrong with user permissions. If I connect to same server with same user directly from RDP it works without interruption. The problem is when I connect to server via PAM.
