You can find in this article some steps to troubleshoot the loading error in the web session
1 - First, make sure the senhasegura can reach the device and the web URL.
2 - Check if there is a web session parameter is created for that device and if the field Login URL is correct
3 - Make sure that the field Device series is the same for field product in the device with the category Web Application and if there is only one register to select in the Device series
If exists more than one Devices series for the same product, this can cause an error that senhasegura will enter in a loop of load in the web page.
