Procedure to Remove User Session Restriction

During the viewing of a Live session, it is possible to block a user’s interaction. If a user is blocked and this restriction is not removed, it will remain active until it is manually removed by an administrator. Every time the blocked user tries to start a session, the following message will appear: “User has been prevented from starting sessions by (code) “Administrator Name” on Date and Time”.

Steps to Remove the Restriction

  1. Access PAM Core > Access Control > Blocked Users.

  2. Find the blocked user in the list.

  3. Remove the restriction.
